Strategy Development and
Organizational Alignment
My Agile Strategic Framework™ Model draws on my twenty years as a CEO to help you, the existing or aspiring Higher Purpose-Driven Organization, get very clear about:
your purpose and place in your world and market;
what you must do to assume your position in that space; and
how to align everyone who will get you there.
I take you and your team through a process to establish the foundational underpinnings of the framework to establish:
Higher Purpose
A declaration of the need in your world that your organization is addressing, consistent with your:
Deepest Care - your passion, what you care about most deeply
Beliefs - your reality, what you believe to be true about your deepest care, which sets the limits for your possibilities
Organization Purpose
A declaration of the work your organization is collectively doing to address this need.
Individual Purpose (My Purpose)
Individual declarations of the work each member performs to advance your organization’s purpose for the sake of your higher purpose.
Vision
Aligned with your organization and higher purpose, this is the aspirational reputation and established authority you intend for your organization to have in its market - your vision for what you wish to own in the minds of the people you reach. It captures the attention of those you hope to serve, helping to attract prospects with whom it resonates, and then retain cultivated clients and customers when lived in truth.
Mission
The overarching achievement you believe can establish this authority and produce this reputation, making your Vision real.
Strategic Imperatives
The current key accomplishments that will most readily advance your Mission. This is a pivotal activity in the plan. It gets rock-solid direction from what’s above it. And gives rock-solid direction to what follows.
Strategies & Tactics
The approaches you’ll take to accomplish your Strategic Imperatives and the broader units of work that support them.
Tasks (My Tasks)
The day-to-day useful work of the individuals bringing all of this to pass.
Executive Ontological Coaching
Whether in service to organizational alignment, or in standalone leadership development, as an ontological coach, my work is centered on your view of the world and how you show up. Through deep inquiry, I help you discover what is standing between you and your desired results. Then we bring about the change, often transformational, that puts you on the path to that future. This is why my practice is rich with leaders in business and organizations who wish to be more effective and get more of what they love from their work and life.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
- Carl Jung
Coaching goals vary, but the process is the same to produce enhanced situational and self-awareness. In a business setting, executives and leaders leverage more effective ways of being to help themselves, and those they influence, grow in appreciation, satisfaction, effectiveness and fulfillment. This dynamic is a catalyst for influencing profound, positive organizational change, a prime leadership directive shaping engagement, retention and performance. It also happens to be a path for leaders to enhance and advance their own careers while creating the business and organizational outcomes they jointly desire with and for their teams and organizations.
