High Stakes Coaching

As an ontological coach, my work is centered on your view of the world and how you show up. Through deep inquiry, I help you discover what is standing between you and your desired results. Then we bring about the change, often transformational, that puts you on the path to that future. This is why my practice is rich with both individual clients wanting a better future for themselves, and leaders in business and organizations who wish to be more effective and get more of what they love from their work and life.

Coaching goals vary, but the process is the same to produce enhanced situational and self-awareness. In a business setting, executives and leaders leverage more effective ways of being to help themselves, and those they influence, grow in appreciation, satisfaction, effectiveness and fulfillment. This dynamic is a catalyst for influencing profound, positive organizational change, a prime leadership directive shaping engagement, retention and performance. It also happens to be a path for leaders to enhance and advance their own careers while creating the business and organizational outcomes they jointly desire with and for their teams and organizations.

High Impact Team Building

My team building approach builds on this, based on the philosophy that willingness to change for the sake of improving relationships is the one trait, above all others, that can positively impact performance and happiness. To help a team function better, you don't need to dissect how the team members are wired. They need only be willing to see themselves through each other's eyes and genuinely work to address the most impactful areas for individual improvement. And it starts with the leader.
